Locate Sorcerer Rogier in Stormveil Castle
Before Defeating Godrick
Rogier can initially be found in Stormveil Castle. From Rampart Tower, if you take the stairs down and cross the rooftops until you reach the ladder, you can go either left or right. Take the left path to find Rogier by the altar of the Chapel in the northwest section of the castle.
It's important to locate Rogier before defeating Godrick, as his quest becomes unavailable after Godrick's defeat. Rogier sells sorceries and can provide valuable information for your journey.
After Defeating Godrick
After defeating Godrick, Rogier will move to the Roundtable Hold. You can find him in the Hold's main hall, to the left of the fireplace.
